To enter the Ultimate Bills Fan Contest, you must:

1. Complete the entry form, including an essay no longer than 100 words

3. Upload a photo. You must be the only person in the photo, and the photo cannot be taken or edited by a professional photographer. Also, the photo cannot show any logos or trademarks, except for those owned by the NFL or Buffalo Bills.
4. Make sure the photo is in one of the following formats: jpeg, gif, bmp, png, or tiff files.
5. Name the photo using your name (as it appears on the entry form) and the file type. For example, JoeSmith.jpeg
